My name is Ryan Swiggart, and PDQ Powered is a Kansas-based precision engine shop dedicated exclusively to high-performance go kart racing and mini bike engines. Proudly serving racers across Kansas and the Midwest, I focus on building competitive, legal, and dyno-proven race engines that win.

I specialize in high-performance clone engines and small-block racing engines for go kart racing and mini bike applications. Every engine is assembled with measured precision — from bearing clearances and compression ratios to cam timing, valve train geometry, and overall system balance. Real performance isn’t about one single part — it’s about how the entire combination works together under race conditions.

Dyno testing is a core part of the PDQ Powered process. Each engine is tested under load on the dyno to verify horsepower and torque, dial in carburetion, optimize ignition timing, and ensure reliability before it ever hits the track. The goal isn’t just peak numbers — it’s consistent, repeatable power you can trust in competitive Midwest go kart racing.

I work directly with customers throughout Kansas and the surrounding Midwest racing community to make sure their engine package matches their class rules and performance goals 100% legally. In addition to engine building, I assist with kart setup, chassis scaling, and tire strategy to help drivers stay competitive and run up front.
